Could someone please help me? I sent some letters to the U.S. from Canada with SASEs to be returned to me. Unfortunately, I mistakenly put a U.S. 37 cent stamp instead of a 60 for postage to Canada. The SASE will probably not have a return address on it so they will just toss it in the mail with the 37. Do you know if the USPS will still mail it up here and I'll just have to pay the difference and maybe a small fee?

My local Canada Post guy didn't know and I called USPS and the extremely placid representative said they would mail it postage due but didn't sound very convincing.

Thanks.

I posted the question a few months ago about how much it was to mail a letter to Canada. I was told then that most of the time the letters will go through, but if not, you will have to pay postage due when they are delievered. Sorry thats not much of an answer, but this will bump it up so maybe someone can give you a better one!!!
