1st time I have used them.
I got email on 25th saying "Your remaining balance of 201 GBP has been successfully processed"
I am still getting message voucher not ready when I log in.
Is this normal after 4 days of paying off the balance?
Maybe its with the weekend, I am just used to Airnet paying upfront and printing voucher immediately.

They have a live chat thing on their front page. If you use that you'll get someone who can help you sort it out right away. We've used the live chat in the past and it's been great

I had this when there was a problem with my CC - I couldn't clearly read the 3 digit security code, they eventually sent me an e-mail explaining this.

IIRC, we had to wait a couple days (maybe even a week?) until the voucher was ready; it wasn't released as soon as payment was processed.

I've used them before and I think the voucher came through in around 5-7 days. They were fine.

Thanks for replies, I read the FAQ's and it does say will be available after 72 hours from payment. If you take out the weekend 72 hours is only just up. Not going until Easter so no rush.
M, paid by credit card so no worries whatever happens, and its only £251. I am more annoyed with myself losing £480 this weekend due to a letter I forgot to send. but thats another story, I'll get over it.

We all have problems with certain things relating to holidays, then wonder why other people use them.
With me its Alamo, Onsite value hotels, Comfort Inn LBV and Cirque du Soleil.
Other people have no problems with them, I did.
