"U" Exchange Sent and Received

Carol and I both received our packages today.

Thank you, Paul! I was looking at umbrellas just the other day and didn't pick one up. I'm glad I didn't now.


And momof2OH's son, Dusty, sent Carol:

USA coloring book
pink and purple Unison pens
USA lanyard
Unleashed Icebreaker gum
Ursula keychain
Utinsil (spoon)

Thank you, Dusty! Carol pulled out the spoon and thought maybe it had gotten put in by mistake. After thinking on it a minute, she yelled out "Utinsil!". The mystery was solved! That was a good one!

I got mine today from momof2OH, daughter, Ryan. In it, we had:

- An Upstage Body Wash sponge
- A Spoon, which I think is a Utencil (very creative!)
- A USA Lanyard
- Ice Breakers "Unleashed: Gum
- 2 Unison pens (one yellow, one biue)
- A keychaim of Ursula
- USA Word-Finds (Word-finds are my Favorite!)

Thanks Shmoogrrl for hte wonderfully fun package.......I got Umbrellas for my dirnks, a red foil letter U, unicorn stickers, A very cool USA sign for my car, UFO yo yo's and Utz potato chips!! What fun! Thanks for the great package!! It is so good to see some new faces.....as well as seeing some of the "old" ones too!!

Anybody else have news to share? Still have 3 people yet to hear from and todya was the last day to mail......if you have not mailed yet, please let me know! Thanks!!

Inside I found

US magazine
Uncle Dan's dressing mix
Unsalted crackers
Unflavoured gelation
and a note written on an umbrella U card!


The package had yellow tape on it that said it was opened and inspected by Customs at the border. The box of crackers had been opened and I am afraid that quite a few of them are crumbs now!!!

I am guessing that the cracker box was sealed when you put it in the package, Liz!! Maybe they thought you were hiding contraband, disguised in a cracker box

Anyways, thanks Liz for the U package!!!

Sorry about the unsalted cracker crumbs! I told Nancy to hide those underwear someplace else!!!!!! I sure do hope that the cutoms office found everything else in order! They must just die laughing when they see all the silly things that get put in those packages!!! I guess it is a good thing Barry's package is stateside.....for several reasons!! Could you imagine how muchthey would cost to shop outta the country!!! That DIS DVD he has been sending is probably enough to incriminate LOTS of people....although I have yet to see one!! Glad you got your package though Robin, sorry it wasn't in one piece!! Beware of the yellow tape!!! And thanks again Nancy for helping me send it!!!! OK, just a few more to go!! Yeah!!!
