Typos!!!!!!!!!

They are driving me crazy. I keep making the same stupid typos:

owuld
oyu
si
form
thise

Those are ones I notice most often. I sent a college an email about a program they are running. They responded to my email but I noticed I forgot to check for typos. Anyone else suffer from these and how can I improve my typing?

I always do "nad" instead of "and."

And the spellcheck catches it and wants to change it to "nard."

I read somewhere that typos are caused by your brain running on a faster speed than your fingers. Honest.

I've noticed the same thing in recent years. I know some of it is because my fingers have taken on new angles due to arthritis, enough to be off a full key to the right or left, but a lot is like my fingers have also become dislexic. I find myself having to proof-read a lot more.
