On the busiest of rides....what do you find the typical wait time to be the 1/2nd week of December. I like to eat breakfast prior to going to the parks, but don't want to experience the long lines because I chose to eat first.

Just wondering what the typical wait times are for the more popular rides.
Thanks!

We went last December and hope to go this December because I loved the low crowds and Christmas decorations. The lines were very short although I can't remember specifics.

We have went the first Week in December for the last two years. I would have to say that the longest we waited for anything was maybe 20 minutes for BTMR in the MK. Most things were a walk-on or close to it.

My favorite weeks to go. Festive. Go see the hotels and the decorations. Never waited more than 15 minutes for anything those weeks.

Lines should not be long at all. I think the MOST we waited was 10-15 minutes. Most everything was a walk on. The weather was awesome, the decorations the best, and the crowds were great. We were there from December 5-12 2003. Hope this helps!! It's very laid back during this time of year!!:) ENJOY IT!!:)

One thing I have run into - MK is more crowded on a day when Spectromagic is being shown that night. We went on a Wednesday in early December one time, I always thought Tuesdays & Wednesdays were good days for MK, it turned out to be very crowded. Then I realized it was because it was a non-MVMCP day and the park stayed open later with Spectro. We left & went back on Thursday and the lines were very short.

When we went in early December last year I remember we only waited 15-20 minutes in the standby line for the bigger attractions. It was very nice and very short.

My oldest and I did stand in the standby while my youngest (2 at the time) was napping in the stroller, gave him extra time to sleep and dh some peaceful time :)

I would say that what everyone posted is accurate in my experience. Be forewarned though that the lines in Fantasyland, mostly, Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh, were long! Like 45 minutes for standby, which is long IMHO.

We were there Dec 4 - 10th last year. We chose to go to the parks on days other than early entry, and the days that were considered "slowest". Many rides were 15 minutes or less, but some were more:

Speedway - 25 min
Jungle Cruise - 15 minutes WITH Fastpass
Test Track - 20 minutes WITH FP
Mission Space - 40 minutes standby
RnR - 20 minutes WITH FP
Primevil Whirl - 20 minutes WITH FP
TOT - 15 minutes WITH FP

All in all, FP did not work as well for us this trip.
