5 weeks ago I emailed dvc to request info on purchase into the DVC. Two days later Raquel called me - very nice lady - and said she would mail me out all the info on joining. I also told her that I did have a couple questions and she said I would need to speak with a DVC salesperson. My rep would be Megan Moriarty. Unfortunately she was not available so I left her a voice mail.
Two weeks go by and no DVC info and no call from Megan. I called again and spoke to another very nice CM and put me through to Megan's voice mail again - left message again.
Another week goes by - had received the info in the mail - but still no call back from Megan. So I called Megan's direct line that was in the info packet they sent me. Left another voice mail.
Now another week has gone by and still no call from Megan!!
Is this typical?
I hope not!!!
What has been your experience when first inquiring about DVC?
I was very nice and upbeat when leaving all my voicemails. Could it be that because I'm a California resident she doesn't want to take the time to call me back - knowing that I'd have to be in WDW to purchase?
Thanks for your input
