Typical availability Late March DVC?

So my contract has just been accepted but I'm sure I won't be able to book my first trip until probably October? What are my chances of being able to book either a 1 bedroom or studio somewhere else other than Saratoga that time of year? Obviously not Easter this year, but will be Spring Break. I have seen the calendar that shows you availability months out, but it doesn't really address certain times of the year.

At 5 to 6 months out for that time, you will likely find 1BRs open at SSR, OKW and AKV (Kidani more likely than Jambo and no chance for value or club level), and some chance also for BLT lake view, BWV pool/garden view, and VWL. Studios are a different issue. SSR, OKW and AKV Kidani savanna view are likely, decent chance for Poly, but I would not get my hopes up for others.

Availability was good for late March this year even with Easter in March. We booked BCV at 7 months, changed to BWV at 6 months as we wanted a rehabbed room. Then my older son decided he was also coming at about 4 months out and we still managed to change to a 2 bedroom at SSR which amazed me.
