Typhoon Lagoon

Disney.com says Typhoon Lagoon is closed for refurbishment through March 12th. Does anybody know if this is still the schedule or will it be open sooner? Will be there the 3rd through the 11th....hoping it will be done ahead of schedule.

It's not likely to be open ahead of schedule. The annual rehabs of the water parks are pretty standard, and Disney only schedules the number of days they know they need to get the work done. They've been closing annually for as long as the water parks have been open, pretty much, and they know how long it takes.
