Good? The problem isn't the water - it's getting out of the water when it's chilly!

That's a tough question to answer. Disney keeps it at a pretty constant temp if that's what you're asking. How it feels temp wise has a lot to do with what you're used to and what the temperature (+wind) is.

We're Canadian so you'll find us in the Disney pools and water parks all year round. Others take a break in the winter because it's too cool for them.
