Quick question. I read in a facebook group that you have to rent the chairs at TL? Is this true and if so how much are they and how do you stop someone else from sitting in them while you are in the water?

You can rent chairs but you don't need to at all. There are loads of chairs around - we just put our towels and stuff down and left them.

You can rent a cabana, or I think there are some small sections with "reserved" seating, but it's pretty silly (unless you actually want the cabana). There are endless chairs around to sit for free, and many of them are nice and shady spots. No worries.

As others have said there are chairs everywhere, which you don't have to rent. They can be easily moved so you can group them for your family, go sit in the water, find shade, etc.

I believe the chair rental deal is 2 chairs and umbrella. But as others have said, there are plenty of free chairs unless it's peak season and you wait to get to the park until lunchtime.
