Typhoon Lagoon vs Blizard beach??What time do they close around Thanksgiving Time??

We are staying at Saratoga in Nov arounf the thankgiving time for 2007 we wanted to go to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizard beach however we have a 4 yr old what is the best place for that age and what time do they close in Nov??

TL is my fav but it will be closed for Refurb, so you can only go to BB which is open 10am - 5pm.

One of them was closed last Thanksgiving for refurb(I think it was BB).
