Typhoon Lagoon to DTD

What's the best way to get from Typhoon Lagoon to DTD?

I was thinking of spending a few hours at Typhoon Lagoon, nipping to DTD for a meal at Wolfgang Puck express at the Market place then getting the boat back to POFQ where we'll be staying.

Hopefully someone else can confirm this, but I believe the Typhoon Lagoon and Downtown Disney bus are one and the same. (they are right across the street from eachother, so you could practically walk)

I believe you are correct sir. I was there only two weeks ago and the bus from csr (I'm sure the others are probably the same) stopped at Typhoon Lagoon first and then DTD.

I believe you all are correct the buses from the resorts to TL and DTD are the same. So you could catch any resort bus, except PORS and POFQ (they have a boat to DTD and no bus), from TL and its next stop should be DTD.

Google earth says its .6 miles though I don't know if there are any sidewalks.

its been a long time since we took the bus, but I remember that the bus changes routes at some time during the day.

In the morning it's Hotel - TL- DTD - Hotel

and in the afternoon its Hotel - DTD - TL - Hotel

the reasoning being in the morning to drop you at the water park first

and later to get wet people back to their hotel

At TL we make two recommendations to people. One is to take the OKW bus at Load Zone 1; it goes to DTD after OKW. The other is the SSR bus at Load Zone 3 which also goes to DTD after SSR.

We do not recommend walking. First you have to get from the gate to the traffic light which is quite a hike and there is no sidewalk once you reach the roads at the end of the parking lot. Second is the other side of Buena Vista Drive is Parking 5, which is West of all of the West End and so you have a very long walk to the Marketplace.

This is incorrect - POR and POFQ DO have buses that go to DTD as well as a boat...we used both on our last trip.
