Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach

I was wondering which you all would recommend. My wife and I are planning on visiting one of them while we are there next week, probably a half-day.

We're probably not going to be riding the thrill slides, so I guess crowds are the biggest determinating factor.

For thrills rides - defintiely BB
TL feels more spread out, bigger lazy river and bigger wave pool. Is sounds like you should choose TL. Have FUN!

My husband & I love Blizzard Beach because of the fun atmosphere & the great slides. The lazy river goes through an 'ice cave", and you can hear X-mas music playing. I just love the theming there. We prefer it over Typhoon lagoon, hands down. But if you want to do something more low-key, Typhoon Lagoon's lazy river is really tropical and relaxing, and the snorkeling attraction is also pretty neat.

As far as crowds go, we usually get there right when they open, so I've never really noticed if one was more crowded than the other. I recommend go early & spend half the day, that's what we do. Have fun!

I also say TL, BB is more for fast thrill rides. Nothing at TL except the dark covered straight down slides are scary. Everything is just kinda slow. The wave pool alone is worth a trip though and the Crush N Gusher is fun and not scary at all.
