Outside before the entrance all the streets are cut down lots of equipment moving around

Has to probably do with the new road work they are doing for DTD or something nothing I know of is going on in regards to the water park. I would assume it's related to DTD.

Maybe the walkway that is planned to go over the road? Then again it seems pretty early to already start building it.

That's what I was thinking too but I guess we will have to wait and see
