Type of Test Required

So this was probably mentioned in another thread but I cannot find anything.

I have two kids under 5 needing pre-embarkation COVID tests. I was going to use Onpoint but the DCL website and Safe passage website say NO rapid antigen tests allowed. All the free at home tests available are rapid antigen, so what is an acceptable test? Do i need to test my kids at a pharmacy instead of a telehealth proctored test? Thanks for any help y’all can provide.

I believe the pre-arrival test requirement for unvaccinated guests has not changed -- it must be a PCR or NAAT. You can order one from Inspire Diagnostics, use a local pharmacy, get tested at the pediatrician, or other local option. If you will be in the vicinity of the port a few days prior to embarkation, I believe Inspire Diagnostics still has some in-person options at a couple of resorts near Port Canaveral. I don't think you'll find an option that is free.

Thank you for the reply. I think I will have to go with Aznova NAAT proctored tests. Ugh, $178 to get both kids tested.
