Tye Dye Cheesecake

Im staying 14 nights at POFQ in October. Is it worth making a trip to POP for the cheesecake? It looks so unusual!

It tastes like a regular cheesecake but it turns your tongue colors. If you have the extra time then go ahead but I wouldn't make a special trip for it.

Uummmm, No. It is not even that good of a cheesecake. OK for your free dining plan dessert, but not worth special trip.

It's not just a regular cheesecake. It's cheesecake on top of a think layer of Red Velvet cake....it's good, but nothing I'd make a special trip for. Plus, your tongue is not the only thing it'll turn colors.....it comes out a different color too LOL TMI!!!

I guess we are the oddballs...my son and I are making a special trip to POP for the cheesecake. He LOVES this dessert...he doesn't ask for much so it's the least I can do. I will probably choose a different dessert though.

HI. I got it there last Oct. It wsa really pretty! It was very rich and tasted like regular cheesecake, i shared it w/ my bf.

3 more days til our 14 night trip and staying at POP....I had no idea about this cheesecake, I am even more excited now. Heck with the diet, cheesecake here i come !!!

I LOVE the cheesecake. I found a recipe & tryed to make it at home but it just didn't turn out like the one at POP. I can't wait till my 14 day trip in October to get me some more cheesecake. The picture in my signature is taken after eating a piece.

It isn't so amazing that you need to take the time to make a special trip to the POP if you were staying there or had to go there for some other reason then get it but there are so many awesome desserts at WDW that you don't have to go that far out of your way for one.

If you have a refillable mug, bring it along so you can get a frozen coke. We stayed at PC last summer just so my DD could have all the frozen cokes she wanted. I wish all the resorts offered these.

BTW, it is worth going to PC if you have never been there just to look around, especially in the lobby area where they have items in showcases on the wall from each decade and then to walk along the jogging path and read the signs that tell you what happened each year.

I was told that pop had a really neat store so if you have the time go.I personally would because I love to shop.
