Two year old at dinner?

We are doing three charaacter meals with my 3 DDs (6, 5, and 2). I know our DD2 will have to share our food, but does she get her own plate to put the food on? Two of the meals are buffets and the other is a traditional TS. My DD2 is very independent and will want her own plate. I'll have to bring something for her if they won't give her one.

I am sure this question has been answered before. I tried searching, but couldn't find it. Thanks!

We have never had a problem with our grandaughter..mostly we just give her one of the bread plates to put her food on from out plates.

My dd was 13 months when we went and also very independent - I know for a fact (checked pictures) that she had her own plate at Chef Mickey's, but I'm pretty sure that she did at all of the other restaurants, too.

We have always gotten a plate for the wee ones under 3 with no problems at buffets. We just order kids meals to share for them at TS places.

If it is a buffet, the child under three can eat and drink anything, with their own plate and cup, at no charge.

If it Counter Service you pay for everything.

If it is table service (not buffet) generally you can get the beverage at no charge, but if you order specifically of the menu for the child you must pay. If the child shares your food there is no charge.

We haven't had any problems getting extra plates for the kids to eat on when they were younger. Most of the time the server would bring an extra plate without us having to ask.

the buffets shouldn't be a problem b/c the 2 year old will eat free. I had a very hungry 2 year old when we went so he always got his own food. LOL.

All the TS restaurants brought out a plate for our DD2 to eat off from...most without being asked.
