We have another trip coming up, and I have two rides that I have questions on-this is Disney World.
First-the little mermaid show at Hollywood Studios. The few times we've done this, we've been told to stay to the left of the red line. Unfortunately the other guests are not told to stay to the right, so we're not anywhere near the doors waiting. By the time we get through the doors and my husband gets me situated along the back wall, he has a hard time finding 3 seats together so the kids aren't sitting by themselves. Is there a better way to do this? We tried using a fastpass but still had the same issue.
The second is jungle cruise. I AM able to transfer safely with the help of my husband, and if there's a short or no wait I can park my chair and stand in line. The last time we rode this, though, they required us to wait for the handicap accessible boat. There was no wait for the other line, but we ended up waiting quite a long time as the particular boat we were waiting for was pulling away as we arrived. We asked the cast member why, and he said I needed to have the boat with a rope to tie off the back of the boat to keep it up against the dock. Is this a new procedure? Or is it at the discretion of the cast member on whether they think I can transfer safelY?
Thanks for any help or insight
