Two Trips in ONE year...again PTR **MUST READ -- Updated 11/14

First I would like to thank Dreamseeker (and others) who are following my PTR. I also want to thank those who are "just reading." I am thanking Dreamseeker personally because I read her PTR and she gave me a good idea to include a Wish-list in my PTR. (I hope you don't mind me copying your idea.)

Resort

- There is nothing really on my wish-list for my resort (pop Century) since I did swim for the first time in
May in the Pool, which would have been my only 'wish' for the resort ​

Hollywood Studios

- Draw a NEW character at the Art of Animation.
(We always end up drawing the same character every year.)
- Ride Tower of Terror at night.
- Get a HIGH score on Toy Story Mania.

EpCot

- Get Squished Pennies from all the countries. Thanks to my BFF from TX for this idea.
(I also just remembered to get a penny for her that she are missing.)
- Having our picture work on Spaceship Earth. It never does...or at least 50% of it does.
I'm always the cartoon.
- Buy something "figment." I am hoping there are new Figment Items to buy at the gift shop.
There was nothing last time. Poor Figment.

Animal Kingdom

- Not too much to wish for, other than having a great Safari ride where I can get many pictures of the animals.
- Thinking of trying to go on "Dinosaur" which isn't my favorite ride.
- Seeing Finding Nemo the Musical (again)

Magic Kingdom

- Riding the Seven Dwarf Mine Train
- Going to the new Haunted Mansion gift shop
- Having a Funnel cake at Sleepy Hallow.we skipped it last time we were there.
- Get new cards for Sorcerer of the Magic Kingdom game.
- Getting a Table at Be Our Guest for Dinner... Our BIG wish this trip.
- See Wishes from a GREAT spot. Usually I am not a Firework person
but I decided to see it this year.

Other

- I am hoping to get lot of great pictures for my Disney World scrap-book. It's a scrapbook of all my trips put together into one like: pictures of all the restaurants I have eaten at, favorite rides, favorite decor, Disney Transportation in general... Any suggestions?
- I also hope to get some great pins and vinyls in trades from cast members and other park goers.​

Sounds like you have a great trip planned! I love Figment and hope you find some great stuff! I was able to get a fun shirt last time but I'd love to see more options next time!

I don't mind at all! I love your wish list! I have yet to draw anything at Art of Animation - I'm not sure if I'll have time this trip, but I really want to do it at some point.

Don't give up on the SDMT FP+, try to book them individually instead of in a group to see if that works.

I'm going to try to get a TSM FP+.

I scrapbook my Disney trips as well! I love taking photos of my resort, along with the parks, attractions, food, you name it!

Have the best time! I can't believe it's so close!

I have been surprised how many pictures I have of the same things, practically the same exact way. lol. I was lucky to get 2 TSM FP+...one for the first day we are there and the last day we are there.

Drawing in the art of animation you get to bring home your drawing on cool souvenier paper. But you can't keep the pencils. hehehe. Those who are familiar with the attraction will find this a bit funny.

Weather
Right now it is 11:21pm on Tuesday November 11th aka Veteran's Day. First I want to thank all of you who served & currently are serving our country.

Anyway...

This post is about weather. I am watching the news and just found out that the temperatures here in New Jersey are plummeting for most of the time we (my mom and I) are down in Florida. I am so happy that we are missing the cold weather.

I am also happy because the weather in Florida is supposed to be GREAT! In the 70's and no rain except for Monday. . Some cloudy days but that's about it. Yey. There have been trips in the past where we had rain, but had made the most of it. I'm just thrilled it's not going to be too hot.

November 15 - November 20th

Saturday 11/15/2014 = 76 degrees & Mostly Sunny
Sunday 11/16/2014 = 82 degrees & Sunny
Monday 11/17/2014= 76 degrees & Showers.
Tuesday 11/18/2014 = 64 degrees & Sunny
Wednesday 11/19/2014 = 69 degrees & Sunny
Thursday 11/20/2014 = 78 Degrees and Sunny​

I love the 70's and the upper 60's. That is like Spring for us up here in NJ...very comfortable weather.

Two Days To Go!

For better mind setting, I guess I should say I only have 48 hours to go... but then again since it is 10:47am I have a little less than 48 hours, more like 45 hours to go. lol.

Today (or rather yesterday) we got our Magical Express package in the mail. It is missing the souvenir luggage tags . But oh well. I guess they give them out only once a year..?

We still have to pack! I know you guys are thinking, packing only 2 days (45 hours) before your trip? . But we are great packers since we don't have any children/pets to worry about. Just two adults to pack and go. hehehe.

We do leave tomorrow from our house which I must have said many times throughout this PTR. lol. Now we just have to figure out how to do online check in with the airline...Frontier.

I was a bit disappointed that our room package didn't get to our house. It is waiting for us at Pop Century. But I would have liked to see what we got this time in our coupon book, like the last time we got Free Admission to Disney Quest.

Last Minute Stuff​

Well I have less than 24 hours for my flight that leaves at 7am. Our Boarding time is 6:25am, which I am glad we are sleeping over at my grandparents, lol. I am thinking of updating the Magical Express with our flight going but they said it wasn't needed? Hmm.

I also printed up a pet care instructions for my dad who is staying home and taking care of the pets (fish, hamsters and dog).

Today I ran some errands for the trip. I went to 5 Below and got new shoes, Stop and Shop to get some snacks for the flight and even went to Target to browse the dollar section. They have some GREAT Disney holiday stuff such as stamps, memo pads, sticky pads with mostly Mickey and Minnie and they did have a stamp set with OLAF. Great stuff, right? I ended up with 17 items. lol.

Anyway... I am really excited for our trip. I am bringing tons of trading pins, a few Vinylmation (although I do wish I had more to trade), and 2 cameras. One is a DSLR, and the other is my coolpix...both are by Nikon, which in my opinion is the best. LOL.

One last thing I am great full for, is the Drop Box App on my phone. The app transfers your pictures from your phone directly to the computer. The app gives you approximately 2 GB of storage space for FREE. Drop box is great in case you lose/drop your phone while at the parks and saves your pictures that way you can delete the ones you already taken. The app stops transfering pictures when the battery is low. I also think your home computer needs to be on.

Did your trip go ok? Did DME pick up your luggage from the airport at MCO? I thought it was weird you didn't need the flight info?
