#1 - We're beginning to think about where we'd like to eat during our June trip and I'm well within the 90 day time frame for priority seating. I saw mentioned in another post that you could call either MS or the WDW-Dine number and that one post said they were able to secure a reservation through MS when the others told them it was not possible. Have others experienced this? I'm just curious if there is a "better" place to call.

#2 - We're taking our extended family with us in June and will likely have 8 people in one of our 2BR units. I'm guessing they'll need some extra towels because 5 of the 8 will have lots of hair. If we request and pay for extra towels, will the extras be replenished on T&T day or will we need to pay for those a second time? I'm sure they'll utilize the washer and dryer to keep the towels clean - but I'm assuming 5 will require two towels per shower (it's a girl thing!)

I do not know for sure on #1. We have always called the dine number.

As for #2, you can always bring you own since you have a washer and dryer handy. Just a thought.

I don't know the answer to either of those questions. For PSs, I have always called WDW-DINE. I would suggest calling MS or the resort directly about the towel question.

You can use MS to arrange dining.

I'm pretty sure that the extra towels are replaced. You might double-check that when you call MS.

Four our March trip I arrange everything through WDW-DINE.

In addition, I'd love to hear other's reviews of restaurants.

In gerenal they can add up fast, which is why we love having kitchen. But then again, it's part of the experience.

This past trip we tried Spoodles (very good salmon), Chef de France (a bit disappointing) and Sci-Fi (standard fare, though DW's pasta was quite tasty.)

Let us know where you ate and how you liked it!

I have been calling MS for dinning for years. I don't know where you got the idea that you can not-you need to be a member of course, they take you member's number first.

Yep, I've even gone so far as to call MS from a payphone at EPCOT for a res. later that afternoon. They came through as always.

Never used MS for priority seatings.

As for towels, many times mousekeeping replenished the towels without removing the first set. This may be more likely during trash/towel then full cleaning?

Sure fire way to keep the first set of towels are to throw them in the washer in the morning of T&T day. The mousekeepers won't be digging through your laundry for towels! They will usually remove any towels in the tub or on the floor.

We wash our towels regularly and some are usually in the laundry on T&T day. On a long trip, we are usually swimming in towels by check out!!! I make sure all the towels are in one big pile when we leave to make it easier for mousekeeping.

Have a great trip!

Thanks for the replies! I always know I can get answers to all questions right here!

From what I gather, DVC does not have a policy on replacement of the purchased towel sets. I've never heard of them automatically replacing the extra ones on T&T day. I've also never heard of them saying no when someone called and asked they be replaced on T&T day.

when we purchased the extra towels, they were also replaced at no extra charge on T&T day.

I called MS for my Priority Seating a few weeks ago and had no problems. There seemed to be some past speculation as to wither DVC Member Services and the WDW-DINE people had access to all of the same PS blocks. Given some of the other disorganization in computer systems, it's a logical assumption to think they the two outfits may not be fully interfaced.

But, unless there is further evidence to this degree, I would tend to doubt it. I had no problem getting the days / times that I wanted through Member Services. I would think both organizations are looking at the same blocks of availability.

The main advantage of going through Member Services is that you don't pay for the phone call.
