We booked a bounce back for next August at Pop. My DW is thinking about doing a short 4 night stay for Christmastime of that same year. Can I book a second trip at the same time and pay on them independent through Disney on the same MDE account? Thanks!

Yes, you can have more than one reservation in your MDE. When you call to make a payment, just make sure that the CM is aware of which reservation you're applying a payment to.
