I guess it could be. Whenever I have made the connecting request, I have always been told requested, not guaranteed, but we had over 18 in our case. Anyway, I have read here that when young children are involved, they have gotten the connecting rooms guaranteed. I don't know if it's a play on wording or just what Disney actually does. Are e the under 18 all in the other room?
The CM who booked my reservation put DH in a room with two of the girls and me in a room with the other two, but all four of the girls, of course, will stay in a room together with DH and I in the other one.
I'm probably going to let this one die. In reading some of the previous threads on this issue, several are adamant that even though Disney puts the word "guaranteed" on the reservation, it doesn't mean anything (DISers with much higher post counts than mine), so I'm going to go into this trip "hoping" for connecting rooms, but not "expecting" them. I honestly don't understand why Disney doesn't just list it as a request instead of giving guests false hopes with the word "guaranteed." Weird . . .
