Two Ressies for one trip...questions.

We are staying 5 nights at SSR starting Sunday. First night in a 2BR lockoff and the other 4 in a 1BR with the hopes that we will not have to move. Will we have to physically go check out and check back in on Monday?
Can we pay for all our dining plans at the first check in?

Yes, you will need to check in when you change room accomodations. The reservations should already be linked so it's easily seen that you are going from a 2 BR to a 1 BR. I verify this when I first check in. If you provide a credit card, there will be express check out, so you don't have to check out. The second check in process will give you new room cards and a parking pass, if needed.

I haven't ever done the dining plan, so can't say about that.

You'll have to do the dining plan separately for each stay. Since you are two different types of villas, you have two separate reservations. You will have to check out and check back in. But, when you check in the first time, make sure that they know about your second reservation so you might be able to stay in the same one bedroom portion.
