Two reservations with different times, will they allow the 2nd early entry?

I tried searching for an answer and most of what I saw dealt with people arriving early for a single reservation.

We are traveling with a group of 15, 4 different families, so getting bigger reservations was harder as well as getting smaller ones at the same time.

2 families have BOG lunch reservations, one is 1:10 the other is 1:50. If the family at 1:50 comes with the family at 1:10. Do they have a good chance of letting them in at the same time? Or would they allow the family at 1:10 to wait until both can go in?

I know once inside, you find your own table so i know we can sit together. We would prefer to eat together if possible.

Don't count on it. If the early family waits until the late family can go in it's possible they will be considered a no-show and charge the $10 fee per person.

You can always try though. I guess it would depend on how crowded it is at the time.

You can try, but my guess is No. Those reservations are no where near close enough together. I was at the parks just 2 days ago and did see them turning guests away at BoG.

40 minutes is stretching it beyond the limits.
Try for one within 15 minutes and you are highly likely to have both parties let in at the first reservation time.

I would keep checking online for reservations much closer together in time. If the reservations are each for one or two people there might be a chance, but for your large group it is not likely.

We saw them turn people away yesterday - keep checking to modify your booking.

Probably not. They wouldn't even let us check in until 5 minutes before our ADR.

I have a similar question. We have 2 reservations, each for a party of 2. One is at 12:20, the other at 12:45. Do you think they will let us go in together? If not, can the first 2 go in and order food for everyone,then the 2nd two go in to there reservation, skip the line and come find us at our table?

I was in a similar predicament and kept changing our reservations (at one time I think I had a reservation for 1,1,2,4, and 5 within an hour spread) which finally ended up with a 20 minute spread. When we checked in I told the CM and not only did she let us all go together but she called down on her radio and they actually reserved a table for us so when we got down there we had a place to sit all together. We loved that CM and made sure to go to guest services and put in a good word for her (thank you Ravyn)!! It was our last meal before some in our group headed for home (literally they left the meal and went to their car to start the drive back to MA) and it was fabulous to not to have to stalk tables in hopes of eating near each other at varied times but to all sit at a table together and enjoy!

Keep watching and tweaking, don't give up and when the time comes ask politely...you never know what a little kindness can get (not at all saying you aren't kind I just think part of the reason they were so helpful was because I knew I was asking for a bit of a long shot and would completely understand if they couldn't do it).

I was able to get times as 12:05 and 12:25 and they let both of us go in together without an issue. I agree that 50 minutes was probably too long apart but 20 minutes was no problem.
