two reservations same dates

We are booked for a stay with another couple at BLT from Monday-Friday. On Friday our plan is to drive to VB and stay for a few nights. My husband just found out that he needs to be in the VB area for a meeting on the Thursday early morning. Would I be able to add the Wednesday and Thursday nights at VB to our Friday start planned stay even though we have a reservation at BLT for the same nights? My husband's name is (of course) on the BLT reservation - can he also be on the VB reservation for the same nights?

I think it just depends on room an availability and your points! Good luck! Names can be added/taken away.

If one reservation is at VB and the other at WDW, I don’t think it will matter. VB doesn’t use MDE so wouldn’t “see” he was registered in 2 rooms at once.
