Two Reservation Help

Hi,

I want to add a day to a reservation. I went online and I booked the added day. So now I have two reservations. If I have to check out and be without a room all day I don't want to bother. Is there a way to guarantee that I get the same room for both reservations? I need a 100% guarantee. If I can't be sure I'm going to cancel the extra day as it would not be worth it.

They should merge them into one reservation, unless they are a different category like OKW HH and non.

You might want to call MS to make sure.

At least for my last trip. I wanted to add 3 days and I booked 2 and 3 online and W/l at 1. After the WL came through they automatically gave me a new reservation # and it was 1 checkin at the resort.

Call MS. They will add that extra night that you booked to your original reservation.

It will be a different reservation number if it is a different room category such as studio vs. 1 BR etc. If they are the same, they should be able to link the reservations or add on the day. Call MS to have this done.

Just did the same thing a few weeks ago myself--called MS and they were able to merge everything under one reservation number.

It now shows continuous.
