Two quick questions

We are heading to DL/CA for two days Sunday and Monday (first trip there in 10 years) and expect it to be very busy because of the holiday.

1) We will be driving to the parks. Based on what I've read on these boards I expect to add about 20 minutes to my "get there early" time just for walking. Is there one lot that is closer than the others?

2) This one I think I know the answer to, but I'll ask anyway just for verification- It's about nighttime activities. We are doing CA on Sunday and I know there is no World of Color running so that looks like there is nothing happening at night. We are at DL on Monday and (other than non-fireworks projections) it looks like nothing happening there either? I know they have fireworks on weekends at DL. Any idea if they have them on holidays? I'm not saying I love fireworks, but it would be a great way to honor our former and current presidents

1. The toy story trams are running but at night, the wait for them can be so long that it's much faster to just walk. 20 minutes from parking to park entrance is if you're lucky and super efficient. It can take longer than that. The Main Parking Structures will generally take longer.

2. The entertainment schedule is available online and they are having Mickey's Mix Magic with Fireworks on Monday, not fireworks. It's probably too late to change your reservations now if you don't have park hoppers to see the fireworks on Sunday unfortunately.

Park at Mickey and friends. Depending on how fast you walk and security it can be as little as 15-20 minutes. I’ve heard nightmare stories about toy story lately.
And unfortunately even though Monday is a holiday it looks like they are only doing projections that night.
