and
How far in advance is good to book HRH rooms, etc?

We called the LOEWS customer service#(1-800-LOEWS-12)directly for black-out dates for reservations.We're going in Dec. and made our reservations in Feb. We had to make it early to secure good flight times and rates! Good luck!
