Two questions about BWV

We haven't stayed at BWV in several years. We have a Pool/Gardenview studio booked for next month. Can someone remind me where the wahers/dryers are located? Also, what are our options for transportation to HS? Walk or boat, correct? Are there any really poor areas of the resort we should try to avoid getting placed in? We are both able bodied so don't mind a long walk, but for some reason I always seem to get the least desirable views in every resort I stay in We are checking in very late this trip around midnight, so I know I won't have any room choice, just wondering if I should put in a room location request with MS. Thanks for your help.

The washers and dryers at BWV are located on the first floor around the corner from the exercise/work-out room.

You are correct. Transportation to Hollywood studios is by Friendship Boats or you can walk.

We've nevr had a "bad view" at BWV but I have heard a good location to request for a pool/garden view studio room is "The Village Green". It looks out over the courtyard on the Boardwalk. Good luck!!
