Well, I know that I PROMISED an update tonight, but alas, I have nothing- well, nothing of interest. I did go out searching for shirts today- and stop holding your breath everyone, I came up empty handed. I thought I had hit the motherload at Old Navy of all places, but alas, they didn't have the right sizes in any colors I needed. I am going to try a different Old Navy tomorrow evening I think. So, still no shirts, and i leave a week from tomorrow, eek!!!
On another note, I bought another pair of
Crocs. And I am soooo not kidding. Remember those precious Peacock blue Mary Janes that I had been jonesing for? Well, remember how I finally found them? Well, upon further inspection it seems that someone with a foot MUCH larger than the posted size 7 tried to wear them, and the back strap is totally stretched out. COuple that with my ridiculously narrow foot/heel, and you have a big uh oh. I was big time bummed- I wanted new Mary Janes. On an up note, I pawned the Paecock ones off on my DM, because her foot is a little bigger, and she loved them anyway. So, that brings me to my new purchase. I don't have a pic, but I was able to snag a brand new pair of Sea Foam Mary Janes from Dillards. I was originally going for pink ones, but everywhere I went was out of my size in pink. Apparently size 7 is a big hit in the Richmond/Midlothian area! Looking back though, I think I will get more wear out of these post-Disney. They are a bit tamer in color, and the color is actually much cooler in person than on the computer.
I guess the only other real vacation progress I have made this weekend was a brief (well, as a brief as you can be in that place) Wal-Mart run this afternoon. I picked up some new shampoo, hair bands, purell (travel sized of course) and 2 packs of travel pack Wet-Ones for messes and germs.
Oh, I get to call tomorrow or Tuesday to order my cake for DM and I. I am planning on having a sort of welcome cake delivered to our room the first night, after dinner at Kona- a week from tomorrow

I am thinking of trying to get a Peter Pan themed one with wording something like "We're off to Neverland...", so keep your fingers crossed that I get a friendly person tomorrow on the phone. I have read some cake nightmares on the cake thread so I am nervous

Actually what I would really LOVE to have is a "Walt" cake. My mom and I are totally into the magic that this one single man started, but I don't think it's possible to convey that into a cake

But don't you think a screen printed image of this pic would be awesome on a cake???
Well, that's about all for tonight, but here's a parting shot of your's truly. It is from my DBF's bday- and yes, we are at Hooters. I admit, I

their wings and so does DBF. This was actaully a couple days before his bday, but the intention of dinner was for the special day. Sorry it's small and blurry, it was taken with my friend's camera phone. Wouldn't it be nice if the boy would have just smiled instead?!?!
