Two More OKW Questions!

I've been reading around everywhere about OKW and just have two questions (I know more OKW questions!)

Does EVERY studio have a balcony or patio, The reason I am asking is that the Unofficial Guide says that most have them...

Second, are the beds at OKW doubles or queens?

I don't know the answer to the first question.

As to the second, all studios at OKW have two queen beds.

Yes evey studio has either a balcony or a patio. You will have a choice between beds

I just wanted to add that you do have a choice of beds - queen or king, BUT your request is not guaranteed. I would put in your preference as soon as you can. Then when you check-in, ask again. If they say "the type you requested is not available now, but will be at (time)", then consider waiting if that is what you really want.

There are no studios at OKW with king beds, all have 2 queens.

All OKW one bedrooms have 1 king bed and a queen sofa sleeper.

All OKW studios have a balcony or patio.

The only time a "studio" would not have a balcony would be when it is a dedicated second bedroom of a two bedroom villa at OKW. And then it couldn't be a studio by itself.

That's exactly the info I was looking for... We are looking to buy a small contract but I wanted to make sure I would be able to get a studio with a patio/balcony on it. BTW Queen beds are fine for us, we are used to the doubles you get at moderates...

Does anyone know if I would ever have a problem getting into OKW the last week of January at 7 months?

The patios at OKW are not like patios at other resorts, where the ground floor patio is just an area of concrete.
OKW has porches with white railings around them. The ground floor has exactly the same porch as the higher floor units. The only difference is that the floor is only a foot or so off the ground, not at least one floor off the ground like the higher level porches.
