We have PS at O'hanas at 8pm on a Sunday night in August.

1. Wondering if the coconut races and hola hoop contest are only conducted once during the dinner time hours or do they have this more frequently? My daughters want to participate but Im afraid something will happen and the games wont be happening during our scheduled time. We scheduled late in hopes of catching fireworks.

2. We will also be picking up park tickets at Guest Services while at the Poly. Does anyone know where this in relationship to O'hanas and what their hours would be? Hoping they will be open this late...Thanks, Kim

The entertainment (cocnut races and such) should be held throughout the dinner hours. I wouldn't worry.

If you're referring to guest services at the Polynesian, you will find this on the first floor of the lobby adjacent to the check-in desk. 'Ohana is on the 2nd floor of the Great Ceremonial House (lobby). If you're referring to the TTC (Transportation and Ticket Center) that is located next to the Polynesian resort. You can walk there, but if you're driving to the Polynesian, the TTC will be on your right hand side once you turn on to Seven Seas Drive. The Polynesian is the second right after the TTC.

As mentioned above the "games" take place throughout the dinner hour. During our meal we had the coconut races twice, but no hula hoop contests. We did inquire about them and they said they would be starting soon, but we were going to meet people after dinner so we didnt stick around. I think its just luckof the draw when they decide to do what. Good luck!
