Two more nights. What would you do?

We're spending 5 nights at AKV in early October and visiting MK (2 days) and AK. We are considering adding 2 more nights to our trip. Our options are:

- Stay 2 more nights at AKV and visit a water park OR a non-Disney park (Universal/Legoland/Seaworld)

- Go to Clearwater beach for 2 nights (will the water be warm enough? i.e. 78F+)


We live in landlocked Atlanta and haven't had a trip to the beach in 2-3 years. My kids will be 2 (almost 3) and 5.

What would you do??

I would guess children the ages of yours would like either SeaWorld or the beach. You can get funcards at SeaWorld for $99 that are good through 12/31. I just checked the website and you only need tickets for 3+ year olds. I don't have kids so I go to Universal .

Haha! I love the beach, but this time I actually want to stay longer in Orlando. My husband wants to go to the beach.

Go to LEGOLAND An hours drive away Via Hwy 27 south

Back to AKV

Next Day Drive to Daytona Beach & enjoy the Atlantic & sand ( An 1.30 hrs drive )

Back to AKV for 2nd extra night

I would go to the Sarasota area.
