Two deposits for split stays or no?

I am thinking of doing a split stay to take advantage for new general discount + the gift card. Question is, since it is two reservations, we need to put down two deposits? And am I right that if one is room only it will be the amount of one night stay, and for a package w/ tickets it is $200, right?

Yep, that's right. Two ressies, technically, by Disney standards, two deposits.
