Well, I have to say I've never thought of that option...I will tell my husband that his toothbrush, comb and hair gel will be in a small toiletry bag in the lobby bathroom

Bar, bar. Get that it's not an option for your party, but any guest who did choose to use the suggestion could keep said toiletry kit in their own room and carry it to the shared facilities.

You're right to think two bathrooms. Great suggestions so far, but I have a thought about connecting rooms. I feel like I've read somewhere on here that families with minors are generally "guaranteed" connecting rooms. I'm not stating that's a fact, but one of our experts here will know more.
