Two Adults first trip Quick Service!

I am so excited we are starting to plan a Disneyworld vacation! What are your favorite places for quick service in each of the parks, especially MK and AK? Bonus points for gluten free items!

Electric umbrella in Epcot Center and Pesos bills or Cosmic Rays. MK
My wife has to be gluten free. Those has some selections..but there may be better choices.
she will even get a burger and fries...no bun.

+1 for Pecos Bill in MK. For AK, satu'li canteen and flame tree bbq: both have excellent allergy-friendly offerings/menus!

2 x gluten free folks here -and we love Satuli the best in AK! So delicious and a nice change from burgers. Pecos Bills was useful and handy too in MK, and we even managed to get tasty g/f free quick service food at Typhoon Lagoon too!

EP = Katsura Grill
HS = the only QS we ate at is PizzeRizzo

MK: Pecos Bills or Columbia Harbor house
EP: Oh, so many, but I'll say Sunshine Seasons or Kring'la - pretty much anything in World Showcase will do you well.
HS: Um...well...Backlot Express is ok. I hear good things about Woody's Lunch Box, but I haven't tried it.
AK: Satu'li Canteen is great! Also, I like Harambe Market, but they may have changed their menu.

HS - ABC is ok, Woody's gets great reviews but the seating is awful so haven't tried it yet
Epcot - La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico

AK: Satu'li Canteen. I think you can easily select something GF here and it's very tasty.

MK: Pecos Bills. DH had the chicken lettuce wraps from Pecos Bills (I'm assuming there is no gluten in the chicken). He's not GF but he wanted something relatively healthier and said they were good. I had the pulled pork salad (I think you can have it with or without the pork or chicken) and it was quite good.

We ate at Satu'li because of friends and Pecos Bills because of the KTTK tour. We're generally not QS people but both will now remain on our list as options.

Hollywood My favorite park but after they butchered the menu at Backstreet nothing at all.
Epcot Lotus Blossom is OK TS rules at Epcot

I like Columbia Harbour House (not a fan of pecos bill at all).
For AK, Satuli Canteen. Actually this is my fave QS on disney property. So fresh, delicious and healthy. Love it. At Epcot I like the bakery in france. They have baguette and croissant sandwiches (obv not GF). As well as quiches and lovely desserts. So good. Sunshine seasons isnt bad either.

MK- Pecos Bill, Cosmic Ray’s (Sonny Eclipse is the big draw for us) and Columbia Harbour House are our favorites
Epcot- Yorkshire County Fish Shop and Sunshine Seasons
AK- Satu’li Canteen is hands down the best option here.
HS- I’ve never had anything from Woody’s Lunchbox, but that has to be the best. Pretty miserable options in this park for quick service.
