Two Accounts, One Reservation

I have two accounts with two different email addresses. My package, dining plan, and 98% of my reservations are on the correct account. Akershaus came available 20 days after my 180 mark and I ran to the old desktop which was already auto loaded with account and password and got it without realizing it was the wrong account.

Does that matter?

Doesn't matter at all. As long the name on the reservation matches the name you give when checking in they'll never question which MDE account it came from.
