Two 8yr olds and what to do?

We are taking two eight year olf boys to Universal, IOA and sea world...and of course wet and wild! What do you suggest we do first? We will be arriving on May 26th....How will the crowds be then?

Also, where are the best places in the theme parks to eat.

I'd start with Sea World first because after IOA and USF they'll expect thrills. I'd do Sea World, USF and then IOA.
