Twitter Users! New Way to Tweet #CastCompliments

WDW has set up a new Twitter account to handle all the #CastCompliments guests send in!

According to their page this is unofficial not an official Disney account. Either way I love the idea.

@WDWToday is the official twitter handle you should use regarding any praise for CMs or issues in the park. They are quick to respond.

Twitter is my go to social media. Also has a huge Disney community and Disney interacts in several ways on twitter.

As others have said, this new Twitter feed is NOT the official way to do cast compliments. You should still use @WDWTODAY because that's the only way the company gets the info and can pass it along to the CM.

WDW also has an official guest services twitter you can use as well.

Every time a cast members goes above and beyond often in Disney,, I note it on my iPod. This is a great and convenient way to get Disney this information. I hope the complimented cast members receive something nice each time they get well-deserved compliment.

Not sure what you’re referring too. It was always WDWToday and that’s the official Walt Disney World Twitter. There is also WDW Guest Services which is another official twitter.

No, it wasn't. You can see the message as you quoted it and it was correct..

That is incorrect and is the reason people quote posts on the community board before they are changed.

An edited post also shows it was edited in the bottom right corner. See post #17 as an example.
