where you are is pretty hot, in general Anaheim is much cooler. I would check weather.com or yahoo weather. I would guess high 80's to mid 90's.

you're a brave gal, I avoid Disneyland during the summer although tomorrow shouldn't be at capacity.

Yeah, Ananheim is normally cooler then my house, I will check those sites, we normally don't try to brave DLR in the summer but we have cousins over from Europe and they wanted to go, tomorrow was the only day open for our busy schedule ahead! Although I'm expecting it to be crowded, I hope it won't be to crowded.

While we are on the subject of DLR, when u guys go to the parks, have you been seeing twilight shirts? Everytime I go, I see atleast 10 twi-shirts. Also I wore my TEAM JACOB shirt to DCA one time in the evening and striked up small convos with cast members some includeing, "I'm sorry , but you can't enter my ride, your team jacob" my mom was like, "so it's not just you, there are actually adults who are crazed twilight/disney freaks? is it like this gene? If you like Disney, you like twilight also?" my mom doesnt get my love for twilight and disney

I feel weird about my Twi-obsession until my mother and my 12 year old niece start arguing about who's hotter Jacob/Taylor or Edward/Rob (mom is team Jacob, niece is team Edward) or I'm at a zoo staff function and all the female staff and keepers start debating whether the movie does justice to the novel.

One of the staff that currently has my Eclipse and Breaking Dawn hardcovers admitted to me she dropped Breaking Dawn in the tub but got a set of hardcovers for a bridal shower gift so is giving me that one.

Now I think the Twi-obsessed are the majority...

I know. There are lots of us old ladies crushing on Rob, on every board I visit. That's the only reason I feel I can fess up. He's a few years older than my son, for pete's sake! I'm sick.

I have been away for awhile but I have to say EVERYONE who is not into Twi has in some way made fun of my little issue I have .LOL

I am now just going with the flow and have resolved that they just dont know what they are missing ... BTW I am Team Edward / Rob and my girls are both team Jacob / Taylor .... It is really fun in our house LOL....

Hello ladies!

I am new to this whole Twilight Numbness. Numbness, meaning that I have just finished them and I am feeling NUMB. I want more! I had to pace myself and purposely wait a day between opening the next book, so that I didn;t appear to be too nutso to my DH and kids. I felt lucky that I didn't have to sit and be patient for the next one to come out...out now I'm feeling terrible that I can't read more. I know I can't be alone in this. Any suggestions for getting over it. SHould I go back and re-read? If so...now, or wait a bit?

btw, I did find Midnight Sun and am anxious for her to finish it. Will she?

I re-read mine once I think before people started borrowing them. Then, I bought the paper ones and held back the hardcover Eclipse and Breaking Dawn and read them a TON! Now all my hardcovers are loaned out again and I just have the two paperbacks.

I'm hoping she'll finish Midnight Sun someday but I think on her website she said she'd wait until everyone forgot about it (good luck with that, Stephenie).

I'm glum today... need a little twilight cheering up.

So I'm supposed to leave Friday morning for my twi-trip with two of my friends. Both have lost their jobs in the last two weeks - they are both on a work study program at the community college here. So now they might not be able to go. So everything is up in the air and we're supposed to leave in 3 days.

We have babysitters... How can I pass up a 4-day babysitter? (I love grandparents!)

I can't afford to do the trip on my own. But what am I supposed to do with my time if we don't go?

Too funny! I only saw one Twi-Shirt during the four days I was in So cal! I was surprised.
