HOFY is a bit sappy, but sweet. i like that the characters are older, so when the smut happens i am reading about people my own age, not teens .

i read chapter two of G&G. its kind of weird so far. i like the portrayal of alice and jasper. i'm curious to where this is going, so i'll keep reading.

That I understand, they're supposed to be in their early thirties? What I like most is the mature tone it has, not too mature that I feel like it's not for me but just beyond the teens and 20's that most stories are written in.

No kidding! Sacrifices! Well, I did watch the movie while I was quilting and listened to the soundtrack...

that's just not the same as reading though. Just for that your quilt's auction price should double or triple. Maybe make some sort of mention that you sacrificed some quality Twi-time just to make it so people can realize how dedicated you are.

I require A LOT of blood, guts and gore in my horror movies, or at least some sort of psychological scare. 30 Days of Night actually made me (and my boyfriend) laugh.

I went with my friend who can watch any slasher movie without flinching. It was our compromise for her blood thirstiness and my wussiness. She thought it was ok, not real horror though. The parts I saw through my fingers I thought were ok. I haven't watched it again and probably won't however.

I watched The Ring. I tried to watch Jeepers Creepers.. it was then I knew that I could no longer do it. My slasher days are behind me. I do not miss them!

I read it too! Everything's better from Edward's point of view....I think that's why I'm concerned about AG's new one. I'm going to give it a few chapters too but, boy, I'm really not liking Bella.

I've almost given up on tv all together... I still watch a few series, Chuck, Heroes, Lost, Dollhouse. It's amazing how much more time I have!
