ok maybe Im being over analytical but...the phrases marked in red make NO sense to me...first of all nobody took away anyones pride to turn around and take it away again...and secondly, in twilight they are beginning to know each other beginning to fall in love with each other...the way she writes it is if they once upon a time knew each other so well and now one of them doesnt know the other anymore...other than that I like the song

I really like the song at it seems to fit the movie well. By the way did everyone see on Stephenie's page that the final trailer will be released on the 9th. I just said something to my dh last night about it being time for them to release a full length trailer!

Just wanted to say that I love the books! Although, when I tried to read the first one I almost put it down because there was so much teen angst I was so irritated XD But after I got past the first 200 pages I loved it and have really enjoyed the rest.

I talked my boyfriend (who reminds me in so many ways of Edward) into reading the books. He is also coming with me to the Lexicon movie event! I'm so excited. I must admit, I'm very curious what will be in the Twilight goodie bags. I also can't wait for the new trailer.

It is confusing!

DD and I both took it to mean that maybe she is referring to how she thought that he hated her. Now after all that time, they are falling in love, and she's like how in the heck did this happen?? How could I have gone from feeling like you wanted to KILL me (haha) to now we can't live without each other.


As far as the pride thing goes...maybe it's referring to how he hated her..then he was being nice..and she had started to let down her guard..and then he was distant and hostile again. Maybe it hurt her pride to feel like he hated her for no reason?
So maybe she's saying..now she knows what his deal is and she WILL NOT let him shut her out again...not this time.

well I"m still disappointed that Paramore in on there and I could really do without Mutemath as well...but overall it's just Ok..nothing special really. There should be more muse...maybe have followed Stephenie's list a little more.

Is it bad that I have only heard of Perry Farrell, Linkin Park, Collective Soul and of course Rob? I have never heard of the other bands.

I've seen the Twilight Books in the bookstore and my daughter said -I know people who are obsessed with those books. We both shrugged and went about our business.

An online friend recently said -Have you read Twilight. I said No, is it good. She really raved about it, but we didn't go into detail.

This weekend, I picked up Twilight in the bookstore and read the little blurb on the back. I had no idea that it was about vampires (Love Vampire books and movies)- The blurb was so intriguing and I thought about it alot this past few days. It was the part in the book where she says - I know three things for sure - Edward is definately a vampire, I know he thirsts for my blood and I'm totally in love with him (well that isn't exactly how it was worded- the book was so much more romantic sounding).

So yesterday I'm at work and I thought - Let me do a search on the community board and see if anyone started a thread about it. Well yowzers - not just a thread, but a 144 page thread -RFL!

So I read pages and pages of this thread(trying to make sure I didn't read too much to give away anything). I went home and ran to target and purchased the book. I'm half done - I stayed awake till I literally fell asleep last night and I sat in my car reading at lunch. I was late getting back because I couldn't make myself stop reading.

Thanks everyone for inspiring me to buy the book with your thread. Today I've purchased the other 3 books and I can't wait. I sure hope they come in before I finish the book. I'm not so shure now.

This has to be one of the best books I've ever read. Stephanie is so good at writing that you just can't wait to read more. I'm so excited to finish the first one, but yet I don't want to finish. Especially since it could take a few days to get the others.

Thanks for the pics! The only band on the CD list I recognized was Linkin Park, I'm glad they have at least one song on the soundtrack since they are mentioned several times (if not by name).
