So I JUST found this series and thought I'd give it a try. Wow, I love it! Why does Stephenie Meyer have to be such a darn good writer?

Anyway, I'm getting New Moon tonight. I had to go and read a spoiler and I am not looking forward to reading about Edward breaking up with Bella, but I'm still terribly antsy to get the book and find out what happens. If that made any sense, you see, it's 7 am.

I had read spoilers for New Moon too, and was bummed. Hang in there, it's worth it!

We're going to see Speed Racer next week ( DH and DS love Speed racer) I am really hoping that the Twilight Trailer rumors are true and it is shown before the movie

Omg...tonight I went to a friend's of the library sale. They had everything. Anyways I happened to be listening in on this conversation with this monther and teen daughter were having about what kind of books they were looking for....the daugther said, "yeah, mom, the The Twighlight Series..." I gasp out loud and looked around...then I thought to myself, omg, I am such a dork. Then I had to play it off real quick and tell dd, who is four, "be careful, honey, don't fall out of the wagon." I've caught the edward bug, where I'm too excited every time I hear "twilight, edward, new moon, edward...." OY!

The filming of parts of this movie were done here in our little town. They shot a prom scene at DS high school, and used the office there as well. Some shots were done at the local funeral home as well as some little shops in town. The kids were thrilled to catch "glimces" of the characters. (Small town livin' not much excitment around here...so going and watching some scenes being shot was a big deal around here!!) We're all looking forward to the flick!!

I'm reading the third book right now- I LOVE these books. I will admit it took me a bit to get through #2... lots of whining... but my daughter said, "keep reading!" and she was right.
