Twilight check in with continental airlines

Does any one know if Continental airlines offers a day before luggage check in at Manchester Airport, we fly Sunday 14th and are staying at a hotel near the airport Moat house) We did this before flying with First choice to Mexico in April and it was great apart from being charged £10.00 which FC did not mention in their brouchre.
