Im 12 and im very loud but on which ship will you be going on? Well if its the Disney Dream, they have a club for 13 year olds. If its another ship that is not from disney, she can introduce herself and ask them their name. For me, i make friends easily to people i dont know, but since your daughter is shy maybe she should try to emerge from shell of shyness and try to be a brave person. But i dont know your daughter. Its whatever she wants to do.
