Can't seem to get the TV in bathroom to work.

I am sure I a missing something simple to make it work.
Is there a trick?

I need a kid to show me how to work it.!

We were there in early March and could not get ours to work either. I hate to say I never pursued it as to whether it was me or the TV.

I seem to remember that when we were there, Nov 2016, that you had to be pretty close to the screen and aim in the right direction. Otherwise, no dice.

We asked at the check desk, but we were on the first floor, so it was right there.

Drusba actually made me spit my coffee out.from laughing.
Thanks for the quick insightful response!

We were there on NYE and I believe you had to hold down power button on the small remote.

It took me WAY too long to figure out how to turn it on. I was on a mission.
Good Luck

Call for help if needed. Also you will find the CM TV channel on the TV if they haven't removed it, interesting watch while taking a bubble bath.

I stayed at VGF when it first opened. I found that TV to be more of a gimmick than anything useful. And when I was there, the order of channels was different than on the main TV.
That being said, I had the same problem turning it on. The trick was holding the remote directly pointing at the sensor. There is a very, very narrow angle of acceptance.

Agree - hold the remote close to the mirror and you may have to hold the buttons down for a longer length of time than you would expect.

I agree. It's definitely not a TV that gets used a lot. I always turn it on just because it is so cool -- but I never really found it all that useful. I suppose if you are soaking in the tub it would be useful -- but that's about it. My kids thought it was "super awesome" though. I will admit -- it does have a nice wow factor -- especially when you bring friends along for their first trip.

Just remember to smile, the Mouse is watching, you know it's a 2 way TV, right :rotfl2:
