you know, the magazine type thing. Does anyone still use one? I would not even know where to purchase one:confused3

I still see it in drugstores and supermarkets, but I haven't bought one in many years.

My uncle still subs to it. :lmao: Has on screen guides, but for some reason he still has to have it.

My MIL used to get it, until they changed the format in the last couple of years. I think they changed the grid or something and she could find programming easily, Now she relies on the one that comes in the Sunday newspaper. Their cable package doesn't include an on-screen guide.

We got it for years, and then stopped. I got it free again and hated the new format and never used it again. I use to enjoy the articles, but even those were gone from the new format.

The last time I looked was just before all the Fall TV shows were starting and I thought it was ridiculously expensive, considering I get the same in my Sunday paper for free and the paper itself only costs $1. Also, there is a guide on my cable. I vaguely remember it being irritating so I guess that's the format change pp are talking about. I liked the way it was when I was a kid, now I'm not interested but I do still see it around.

I have a subscription, because it was so cheap, something like $5 for a year. To be honest I get it for the articles, and then I give it to someone that uses it for the listings.
