TV and DVD Player deals

I haven't seen many ads for flat screen TVs or DVD players yet. We've been waiting to buy these things figuring we'll save money no Black Friday. Anyone seen any good deals?

I'm looking for 42" or even a little smaller flat screen TV and just a basic DVD player. Thanks!

walmart or BB has a 32" for $248 I believe on BF.

Thanks! That may be a little small. I've seen REALLY big ones on sale too. But having a hard time finding what I'm looking for.

You won't see DVD players on BF, this year -- Blu-ray is the new, "in" product (and most every retailer which sells electronics, including the discount stores will have some sort of Blu-ray offering).

We've been looking for a 40 or 42 and can't seem to find one in our range with what my husband has his mind set on (1080, 120hz...etc). I'm hoping more will show up after BF.

Try Sears...they had a lot of tv's listed for sale on BF.

I finally did see 42" TVs at Target and Walmart with BF prices just below $450. Not bad!

I just bought a sony 46 inch bravia at sears, they are running a deal where you get 10% off if you don't finance and with the sony bravia they are offering, a sony blue ray for 250 off so it ends up costing $50 for the blue ray player. I got all of this for $935 on Monday night. Also check Amazon they are offering pretty good prices too and they ship for free. The 40 inch sony bravia and the blue ray player for $50 would have been, about $840. They were both 1080 120hz
