Tuxedo Questions

Hey ladies! So I have a few silly questions.

1. Obviously, you bridal party gets tuxedos. But do the Bride's father and Groom's father have to? My DFFIL thinks he doesn't need a tux.

2. If we rent and/or get measured for our tuxedos locally, can we have them shipped to Orlando, FL for pick up for the wedding... or...? How would that work?

In order:

1. Not unless they want to. Both of our fathers wanted to because they thought it would look good in the pictures. They're wearing the same tux as the Groom and Groomsmen, only they're both in black tie and vest (the wedding party is in yellow tie and vest) so they match the MOG and MOB.

2. Most people get measured at their local tux place and then rent through Carolyn Allen's and Men's Wearhouse of Orlando. They'll drop off the tuxes to your resort and pick them up. You can choose what they'll be wearing at your MW or Jim's Formalwear (Carolyn Allen's uses Jim's for their tuxes). We're doing Carolyn Allen's and it's been super easy. One more thing - I would hate to rent a local tux and then have to bring that all the way down and back and pay for the entire time I had it.

I think Tuxedo Junction has a Destination Wedding package. We're planning on using them. It was something like $100 and then $10 for insurance. Mom and I thought it was a good idea b/c then our guys could get fitted and pick up their tuxes, make sure they fit and not have any issues with sizes and such or worrying if they would be able to get the right size back to the hotel in time and that sort of thing...DF is also considering purchasing a tux... He is hard to fit and would rather have something that looks great and he is comfortable in rather than something he is uncomfortable it. I tell him what ever works!

My DFiance is renting his tux from a place where we live and bringing it with us. They are not charging us any extra for this - we were told that September is a slow time for them.
