I will be making our ADR's in a few weeks. Tutto Italia is on our list. We've never eaten there before and wanted to know if it is a place appropriate for a toddler. From what I have read it seems like one of the nicer restaurants in Epcot like Le Cellier. I just want to make sure we can bring our little one there for dinner

Absolutely. It's a great place, relatively loud, usually kids everywhere. Btw...we were at LeCellier and Tutto two weeks ago and there were more little ones than adults!! It's Disney. Kids are everywhere. Don't be intimidated into not bringing your children to nice restaurants.
